Dr. D’Andrea is a neurosurgeon. He provides care and treatment for patient suffering from general neurosurgical conditions involving the central and peripheral nervous system. In addition to general neurosurgery, he has a particular interest in surgical treatment of the spine for back and neck problems. Dr. D’Andrea has been trained and is interested in open and minimally invasive approaches using complex spinal techniques to treat degenerative, oncologic, infectious and traumatic spine pathology. Dr. D’Andrea also focuses on the surgical management of patients requiring brain surgery. He has a special interest in helping patients with traumatic brain injury as well as patients requiring the resection of primary and secondary brain tumors. Dr. D’Andrea earned his medical degree at the New York College of osteopathic medicine and completed his neurosurgical training through Michigan state University at St. John Providence residency program.
